Is your seller living in the home to be sold and won’t have a staging consultation unless you pay for it? I offer a one hour on-site staging consultation. In addition, I’ll send a written report detailing the recommended furnishings, accessories and upgrades as needed to both you and your client.

Flat rate for Realtors: $100

For vacant properties, same as above: a walk-through assessment, with a written report detailing the recommended furnishings, accessories and upgrades as needed sent to both you and your client.

No Charge

What if the buyer is close but won’t quite “pull the trigger”?
Only 10% of home buyers can actually visualize themselves in the the property you are showing. This is one of the main reasons Home Staging is essential for you and your client. In addition, sometimes they have difficulty imagining where special furnishings should be placed or where certain areas can be used for desired activities. I can meet with your client at the For Sale Residence of choice, and walk through the space with them to help them see the property as their new home and to maximize the full potential of the floor plans. If there are any issues with perceived unfortunate architecture, I can offer no cost or cost effective solutions.

The first 1/2 hour is free. There after, the fee is prorated by the hour at $100.

Be a Hero to your Buyer:
How many times has a buyer said to you after the sale, “Where are the best places to shop?” or “It would be great to paint special colors before we move in. Do you know who we can call to advise us on color selection?”

  • Custom Color Consultation: I offer a consultation that starts in the original residence to assess the current furnishings and favored colors. From there we move to the new residence to select custom colors your client will love. These colors will coordinate with what they already have and will be at home with any new purchases that are planned.
  • Design Consultation By The Hour, Upon Request: I believe that creating a home environment that says “You” is as fundamental to Living Well and Well Being, as good food, fresh air and clean water. Your client can call on my services for as much or as little help as they desire to make their new home complete and completely beautiful. Along with sound advice based on the classic principals of good home design, I can recommend shopping resources, contractors and workrooms as needed.
