Living/Sitting/Sleeping/Dreaming

Both a blessing and a curse, this client had lucked into a rent stabilized studio in a doorman building, located in a great Manhattan neighborhood. Since rent stabilized apartments are becoming as rare as unicorns, common sense would dictate holding onto this apartment as long as possible.

HOWEVER….the apartment itself was under 400 square feet with no light and a view of the apartments across the stairwell.

It’s remarkable what can be done with color, burlap and matchstick blinds from Chinatown.

I work with busy people like you who want their homes pulled together to look great and be comfortable. They know what they like but don’t have time or know where to start.
What separates my service from other designers is that I understand how to use the logic of design with any style or no style at all. It’s not about my style, but your style defined and made even better.
I can help you, help yourself to a beautiful home.
By the hour…no required service commitment….
